The Honeywell cm921 or cm927 seem to be favoured round here. I found a guy on Ebay selling them around 30-40 quid each. Although the RRP is probably closer to £100

I don't think it is a major job to replace, if you have reasonable DIY skills.

But for all the tea in China, do not under any circumstances go for a Drayton Digistat!

Mine is giving me real grief, after weeks of problems, I finally found the fault today.

Half the issue was the fault is intermittant, so establishing the root cause was nigh on impossible.

Do take heed on what the guys say here about location, sometimes you can get external interference from other wireless devices, but in all fairness, this is rare.

I can DIY OK but not too keen on electrics!
