Fair enough. I know a little about CH wiring, but not a great deal.

I will not be altering the layout - the builder will do that.

He knows how CH systems work and will pipe-up in the correct manner.

If your builder installs a Y plan system he may be able to utilise some of the existing pipes and its easy to wire.

He will need a 3port flowshare valve, cylinder stat, and re-position the pump, cold feed and vent

Was just clarifying how much I knew about the wiring of CH, and that I wouldn't do the plumbing.

My public liability excludes working with flame, en tous cas.
