Additional radiator

The previous owners of our house had a conservatory fitted, and added on a radiator to the central heating.
Everywhere i read they say that this extra one steals heat from the one in-line before it, which is the case.
Unfortunately the one before it is the lounge, which makes this room quite cold.

Is there anything that can be done to rebalance the system to accommodate for the extra radiator?

the guy who did the piping did not calculate an additional radiator the only way to fix this is to maximize the main line that gives the lounge radiator but i dont think u can do this unless ur pipes are shown , this is silly a radiator needs a 3/4 inch for example they do fitting to 2 radiators with those 3/4" stingy plumber ,but try to balance the water flow on both radiators but closing abit the return valve of the end line radiation which is the new one , by the way the 2 radiators are in paralelle not series so its irrelevant that one take from the other , just try to balance ur water system
