Adhesive for Erfurt MAV Red Label Insulating Lining Paper?

Hi everybody.
Got a really cold wall and decided to stick some Erfurt MAV Red Label Insulating Lining Paper ( http://bit.ly/roLDht) to get rid of the condensation and cold.
Bought it from B&Q but they don't say what adhesive to use, I tried Warmaline and came off the wall, tried Wickes Wallcovering Adhesive... again came off the wall.
This is getting very frustrating and expensive.
I will appreciate any suggestions and advices on what adhesive to use... Don't they say "3rd time lucky"?

it won't stick with anything else really ... you need to use wallrock thermal liner adhesive. I can't post links so feel free to pm me.

Why bother, its a waste of time and money. It won't do anything effective in terms of reducing condensation or heat loss. Just a con!
