Adjusting boiler pressure

I have this problem:

It's basically a Britony Combi Boiler where it tries to ignite for a few seconds and then gives up, and the 40 and 80 window flashes green.

The forum says to adjust the water pressure.

I know absolutely noting about plumbing so do not know how to do this.

Can someone please give me a step-by-step idiot's guide?
