adjusting patio door height

Hi all,

Before i go playing and messing this up can someone advise how you adjust the patio door below please? there are 3 of these hinges and the has dropped so it's difficult to close i have to lift the door by the handle and pull up to close it.

Google "flag hinge adjustment". Just adjusting on the hinges is a bit of a bodge though.
Ideally what you really want to do is "Toe and Heel" the door though. Which means taking the beads out and adding some packers above the glass. Have a Google of that too.
