Adjusting PVC Dooor

Hello , I need to adjust my door as catching slightly on left side. Did some digging around on the matter and thought I had the answer. When i opened up he cover on the hinge it threw me. The arrangement bore no relation to anything I could find and I will not attempt it without a bit more info. So could any body please identify the hinge and advise. Many Thanks.

Can you take a photo from further back so that he can see the whole hinge.

Can you remove the cap on the top of the hinge?

Yes, photo attached. I assuming the this may be for vertical adjustment
