Can anyone tell me how to do this as my donlnestic
hot water is too hot. I can see 2 temp controls when I remove the plastic cover but just want to be sure of the correct procedure as I'm not familiar with this type of system, thanks in advance.

The instruction manual is here.

The left thermostat controls the electric element.
The right thermostat controls the hot water valve from the boiler.

Make sure the electricity is switched off to both the central heating and the immersion heater before opening the cover.
Care should be taken to ensure the water temperature is still high enough to prevent the growth of legionella.

Thanks for your help, I've reduced the temp now. I did have a copy of the installation manual like the one in your link but i was looking for a user manual but it seems that they don't exist.

It was set at 60 degrees so i reduced it to 55. I'm now going to check the temp of the water at the farthermost outlet and see what its coming through at. I believe i need to ensure it is above circa 45 degrees to negate the risk of legionella.
