adjusting upvc window

Hi,

I'm having a bit of a problem with my upvc windows in one of our bedrooms and wondered if anyone could help.

Basically, there is a small gap on the bottom corner opposite the hinge letting a draught in and causng condesation, etc. I haven't noticed it before, and it looks like the actual window isn't sitting square in the frame as there is a fairly big overlap with the frame at the top corner. Is there any easy way I can adjust this to set the window square again?
