Admix rate to mortar

having a brain fart moment. Got some zero mix admix as it’s super cold.

Dose states 2.5l per 50kg cement. Just to clarify this is irrelevant if how much sand I decide to add?

Yes I've thought that was strange too but that's how I've taken it too.
However generally they don't want you to over add because it affects the strength, so for non critical applications it's not super important to be accurate.

The admix only interacts with the cement - the sand is irrelevant
