For about a week now my Adoma alarm has been beebing every 20-30 seconds. i am really not sure what make it is and do not have a manual! can any one help!

its not beeping, its you battery operated smoke detector thats beeping, it needs a new battery
I'm afraid that make of alarm is unknown / incorrect.
Suggest you have a much closer look at the control panel / remote keypad to see if you can find any writing.
A good place to look would be at the bottom of the control panel, quite often there will be a small label.

whilst i agree with that, my money is on a smoke detector on the ceiling near the keypad
