Hi people,
So I've had my first go at wallpapering and jeez it's hard work to get a nice finish....anyway I've got a couple of issues I could do with some advice with if possible.
Where I tried to Stanley knife the top and bottom to give a clean cut the paper has not cut cleanly at all. Can I use decorators caulk to tidy up between the wallpapered wall and the ceiling and or the skirting? If so how would I do this as usually a wet finger to smooth out technique would spread all over the wallpaper?? Could I use frog tape for this?
Also the seams only seam to stick down fully after using the seam roller but that appears to leave an obvious roller mark between all the seams? Is there anyway of avoiding this mark but still have to seams fully down?
Any advice appreciated.
Cheers.
