Advice in buying a new digital shower

Dear all,

Could you pls help answer this question?

I am looking to buy a digital shower, and found an item I like:

In the product specs, it said, "Plumbing system Compatibility: Cold water only."

Can I ask what it means?

Also, the power rating is 9.5 kW . Is it suitable for a small shower at the ground floor? Mine is a semi detached house.

It means that it only needs a cold mains water supply, as being electric, it heats the water itself. No hot supply needed.
