Hi, really appreciate some advice. Daughter is looking to purchase a house on an estate that has a surface water removal system and associated water storage cells (this is all we know). We were told that there had been a problem with the property relating to the floor but the vendor denies this (but has recently laid a new wooden floor). We have noticed damage at the back of the house which looks like it is being flooded and would appreciate your views.
There is a car park area to the right of the picture and we are guessing that water is running down from here??
Our concern is whether our daughter should walk away from this property or whether this is something that could be fixed. It looks to us like the whole garden is dropping in towards the corner? Thanks for your advice.
