advice needed - floor boards for UFH on suspended floors

We have suspended timber floor, ground level, builders using 75mm kingspan insulation and triple aluminium heat spreaders for UFH, future floor finish is engineered wood or possibly laminate.
Is it ok to use T&G chipboards on top of UFH or will this block heat ?
If so what are suggested alternatives for floorboards for a reasonable price?
