Advice needed.

That is fine I just wanted advice first. To do that means pulling up floorboards in 3 rooms and moving a double wardrobe that took 4 of us to fit. Oh well

Any chance you can access it through ceilings below... Sometimes easier to patch up plaster and paint than clear rooms and have floors up!

Must admit I've been known to drill a hole in the external wall and poke the pipe right through meaning you only need a smallish hatch at either end. Or Hep and a fish tape

What about connecting to one of these to one end of the blocked pipe & a bucket at the other end, use a foot pump to put some pressure on the blockage?? Just be careful though, compressed air is dangerous!!
