I'm looking to convert my attached garage into two single bedrooms what price roughly should I be looking at? It's a single garage with a boiler in at the moment but I'm hoping if we convert the whole garage we'll get two singles out. If we cant then one bedroom will have to do so it would be a part conversion in that situation.
