I have a early 70's back boiler in the downstairs lounge and want to replace it with a combi boiler in the kitchen.
Mains riser is in kitchen.
Mains feed to back boiler is via underfloor pipe.
The bathroom is above the kitchen.
Water pressure is very good.
Central heating pump and switch is in the airing cupboard, control just outside, thermo switch on landing,
All radiators replaced in June 2022, flushed twice before Fernox added.

Question
Does the old piping have to be re-routed underfloor from the airing cupboard down to the kitchen or are there an alternative options.
Do the central heating controls remain or are they part of the combi boiler, or ????
What are the most reliable combi boiler producers?

No need to run pipes to new boiler position they all work of Bluetooth now ;)
