Advice on rough casting

Hi

Could anyone tell me if this looks right and eventually go the same colour.

Right and left look different. The man that's doing the job says it's correct?

Is that a before and after?

Things that are a different colour to start with, never become the same colour in time

No that's the finished wall. I have said that it looks different but the builder says it's fine.

We have rough cast and for the extension the architect specified the whole wall to be repainted due to this issue.
