Hi,

We've got a narrow corridor outside out bathroom, and a rear bedroom as part of an extension which is solid wall and (a) gets really cold, and (2) suffers from damp.

The damp problem has been resolved recently by having a PIV system installed, but I was wondering if anyone had any advice on thin options for internal wall insulation? The corridor and bedroom are quite narrow/small so I don't really want to lose 100mm with internal insulation.

I've read some okay reviews about using thermal liner as an option? We would paint as opposed to wallpaper over however.

Thanks in advance!
