I seem to need a new PCB for my boiler. I had a new one fitted about 4 years ago and it cost me a bomb ( I think I got ripped off ! )
I am reasonably capable but any advice on how to fit a new pcb myself would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Richard.

how do you know you need a new one? didn't think the solo 2 pcb was that unreliable. can't think I've changed 2 on one boiler once yet.

My price for replacing a pcb on one of these would be £235 + VAT and thats not ripping you off

Pump is over running and not cutting off unless I power it down at the mains. I'm led to believe that the pcb controls the pump over run.

Always amazes me how people can find this site using the internet but cant find parts suppliers.
www.partsarena.com/baxi will tell you how to change it seeing as you are set on not calling someone out

Retails about 145.00 part only, ebay starts at 50.00 and fitting takes about 20 mins, just pull the connectors off and the board slides out. Imhe this board is in the most unreliable 3 behind suprima and prima

We would still charge our diagnostic fee of £84 plus £94 for the PCB to our existing customers in our local area.

We still have a good stock which we obtained at a favourable price.

But I did say that price was only for our existing customers!
