Advice Please On Problems with Screed for UFH!

I'm astonished by the price difference, Here in France ( Alps) there is little difference which may be being influenced by UFH being very common and builders to lay screed being hard to get.

How many m2 was that ?

I was never envisaging court action: simply going to architect if his reasoning for type of screed was deficient and asking for money off bill

That price is astonishing.

I'm having another 50 m2 of anhydride screed laid next month for approx pnds 23/m2 and the company has an 80 mile round-trip.

Rip-off Britain innit! Anything a bit better than the norm counts as a luxury and the price gets bumped up.
