After repairing a couple of pipes I’ve noticed that the brick just above the drain where 3 pipes (washing machine, sink and gutter) flow into has become very warn away to the point of gaps appearing in the brick presumably going to the foundations. I think my best option is to try and fill the holes and the missing brick but looking for recommendations of what to use given that it will come into regular contact with water splashing on it from the grate ? Or ideas for a better solution. I was thinking either polyfilla or more likely toupret exterior.

Please see image it’s the brick behind the pipes.

Definitely don't use an external filler.
Pre-mix/repair mortar would be far more suitable...
