ADVICE REQUIRED ON FLOOR TILES

Hi Folks

I am planning to fit some floor tiles in front of my front door at my property.

Can you kindly advise if I should buy several small tiles or some large tiles (which will obviously cover more area)

Are there any pros and cons of the size and is there any specific material I should buy?

I got a tradesman who is going to do the measuring and fitting - thanks for your reply

No worries. Think about non-slip tiles. Come winter you'll be glad you did.

I would go for some smaller tiles, just cause it looks better in my opinion. There are a lot of great options in discount tile floors, garage tiles don't have to cost a fortune, right? Plus it is easier to replace one if it is broken or chipped. Of course it is only up to you and up to your taste and how you see it. Anyway, good luck with the project, hope to see some photos one day.

You need non slip tiles or risk injury in wet weather .

If you fancy something unique, go to a reclaim yard and get some victorian tiles.
