Wanting some advice on ways to finish this bitumen flooring as there is a small gap of 10mm around the edge to the wall and the floor .
The walls are damp under the dpm that are in the walls on the outer wall and on the 2 inside walls which is weired .
The dpm in the walls are probably about 15mm up the wall so you can see damp bricks under that dpm .
Any ideas welcome on how to remedy .
I thought maybe,
put dpm in the wall and overlap on the floor then screed over the top .
Or maybe use a slurry up the wall to dpm and on the floor too. Then screed floor.
