I am working on a house where it needs a full replaster. The doors all want changing too. I would like to use a magnet cheepie door at about £15, but this will mean i need to refit the casings i think.
In the house at the mo, the previous owner has refitted a new casing inside an old one. Is this a legit way of doing things ? This way i can easily fit new casings to match my new doors, if this is all ok.
I would then plaster upto the new casing.
