AEG built in fridge/freezer, tapping noise.

Hi,can anyone tell me why my aeg santco built in fridge freezer has started to make a tapping noise,it does 5 or 6 taps every 30 minutes,annoying.
The appliance still works and turning down the fridge thermostat has helped to slow down the tapping sound.

Seems like the tapping noise is from the compressor "start relay device" and under £10
