AEG Washing Machine will Not Spin

Washing machine works fine apart from no spin cycle.

All washing programs operate but during spin cycle no spinning at all.

I have cleaned all the drain pipes and by squeezing the tube to the pressure switch, the pressure switch clicks.

I have noticed that there seems to be some less resistance when turning the drum by hand.

Possible pressure switch fault?

not being familair with your m/c have you checked the motor brushes?

The two carbon brushes appear fine just some black carbon dust but the contacts with the armature ares mooth and shiny
