Air brick in lean to roof

Hi.

My lean to roof will have air vents in front soffit to allow air into roof.
Inside, the ceiling will be levelled with living room.

Is an air brick on side necessary in roof wall to aid airflow? Or am I fine without one.

Seen a few extensions with air bricks for roof.

If it were me, Yes to an air brick, is there one or two sides? if two then two air bricks.
