every time my boiler fires up i hear air in the boiler gushing round.after a few seconds the noise stops.ive bled the radiators which seem clear of air but am wondering if there's air in the boiler and the automatic air valve isnt working.i had a look at the valve and noticed that it didnt have a cap on.was wondering if it should coz in the parts catalogue they do
