I seem to get an air lock in the hot water supply to the shower pump (under the bath) sometimes. The way to remove it is to press the supply pipe (rubber) to remove the air. Anyone know how I can stop this happening?

Change the way that the hot supply comes from your hotwater cylinder... it should come off a essex flange from the side of the tank this prevents your air!
