Air Source and Danfoss

I have a relatively new Air source heating system installed 2yrs , but company that installed it has gone into liquidation over 1.5 yrs ago.
My problem is the Danfoss TP5000Si doeas not always communicate with the receiver which is in the loft, and then to the controllers so the compressors don't always come on to maintain the house heating. I have changed the batteries so its not that and I have had it replaced in the first year I had it under guarantee and paired correctly.
Its quite random as to when it does this and very frustrating. Is there some way of improving this system please.

Danfoss stats are pretty pizz poor. Assuming there are no problems with the ASHP side, then I would be looking at a Honeywell Lyric or T4R.

They will need their settings adapted to the application, but that should be doable.
