Up ladder, open top ...... Shine torch in ....... Yup theres air in there.... Tick box 
if you have all the pipe bungs and a manometer.
make sure all your traps are filled with water
place your bung in the end of the soil pipe and the other bung with your manometer connected to it in the other end of soil pipe.
fill the manometer with water till it's on the 0 bothsides.
then pump the manometer using your bellow or pump to 38mm
this pressure must hold for 3 mins.
