Air vent in bedroom

We have condensation on our bedroom window and also mould builds up in the wardrobe. There is no air vent in the room, which I'm sure isn't helping. How costly would it be to insert one & how big of a job is it? Thanks

cheap and easy, knock out bricks either side of cavity, fit a sleave and grills over each end.
