House has block and beam subflooring. The house has one airbrick into conservatory. It vents freely into conservatory as is above floor of conservatory. Im aware it should not be blocked off.and told not to be too worried about it not venting into outside air. Should i keep a window open all time for freeflow of outside air through airbrick? Or wont it matter? Will there be a build up of stale air into the conservatory from airbrick ?

Does the house have one air brick or one air brick that vents into a conservatory?

One airbrick won't do anything; the air needs an inlet & an outlet so only having the one wouldn't be very effective.

"As a rule of thumb, Manthorpe recommend following the NHBC guide that ventilators should be spaced at not more than 2m centres and within 450mm of each end of the opposing walls."

One airbrick vents into conservatory. There are 5 to front of house. 3 of these have airbricks to opposite side of house. One has an airbricis opposite which vents into conservatory. The other does not have an opp vent. Ie only 4 airbricks in total at rear.
