Alarm Panel Admin

Is there such a thing as a domestic alarm panel which can be connected to my house wi-fi network to allow it to send alerts / emails etc via the internet.

The ability to administer it via a web browser much like I do with my router would be good also ?

Most of the decent affordable systems that I know of are hard wired Ethernet and require some external program to connect via IP for programming or remote control. I use the Honeywell Galaxy with IP module for this, but the Ethernet module costs are equivalent to the combined cost of all other parts.
