ALARM PROBLEM AP200

Hi

Recently we had a power cut.
When it came back on the alarm started having problems.
I can set the full alarm ok, but when i set the part alarm, the alarm just keeps going off after it has been set (even when house is empty).
Ive tries a reset and setting it to factory settings, all with no joy.
Please help and thanks for your time

Post a picture but I think it's a securit 700/800l when was battery last replaced ? You may have to down power system for a minute or so , what shows on keypad after it goes off ?
