Alarm triggering

Hi
I have an Accenta G4 and just recently it seems to be going off when I'm out at work.
I've taken a photo of the resulting errors on the keypad.
Could someone please decyfer what this means.

F -this is the first zone to be activated
1- this is the second zone to be activated

You have had 2 false alarms/activations during that setting period.
You need to check sensors for cobb webs/spiders or could have been over things flies etc
