Why have you posted this question in two topics?
connect all blues together in a seperate terminal block.
connect the brown feed from the fused switch to BOTH COMs, using a short link wire.
connect the 2 other browns to the 2 L1 terminals. connect earths to the backbox terminal.
your switch may have ~ instead of COM
your switch may have L1 and L2 instead of COM and L1 respectively.
