Allen key usage

How do you remove allen screws that are wedged in like this?

WD40 over the thread, leave until the next day.
Use an allen key with an extension over it for leverage.

Whats so hard about undoing it?

That's the answer I reckon. They're often quite tight to start, and you have to use more strength than you think. Obviously watch out for banging your knuckles or whatever when it undoes, or slips!
 
Try tightening it first as well , breaks any "seal" and allows it to then be unscrewed easier.
