Do you know if the latest Alpha 2 pumps are likely to help with vibrations?
Following some un-sucessful attempts by my builders to stop a noisy airing cupboard where the pump is mounted on a stud wall, I'm wondering if switching to an Alpha 2 pump would help? (in addition to buffering the brackets)
I beleive they adjust the flow on demand - I'm guessing this new type of pump may reduce the vibrations at times when running at different speeds, though would probably be the same problem some of the time - any advice on this to try as a solution - is there any extra wiring (e.g. boiler temperature sensor etc) or compatible control equipment needed? would it work with any system? I have a Glow Worm Ultracom 18 hxi boiler and a Horstman H27XL controller?
Thanks
