No Hot water CH works fine.
Hot water thermostat does not fire the boiler in the Hot water position only. In the hot water and CH position boiler thermostat works but not the hot water thermostat.
any input please

there is a censor on the hot water flow, that could be faulty or there could be some dirt in the 3 way valve. Try flushing the system to clear any blockages
 
Most likely to be the diverter diaphragm or the microswitch it gets to push.
