i wonder if anyone could help solve a problem with my alpha 240e.
when the h/w or c/h is turned on the boiler fires up for about a minute
then cuts out.after 5minutes or so it will fire up again and then cut out
again.
i have replaced the overheat thermostat, air pressure switch and cleaned out air pessure sensing tubes.
does anyone have any ideas cos its driving me mad!

More likely to be a restricted flow caused by a faulty pump or blockage.

Check th pump is spinning first, remove large screw in centre and try turning it with a flat bladed screwdriver. Put a towel under it first and don't let any water get onto the electrics.
