Whilst running the hot water taps, the hot water keeps coming hot and cold. The boiler keeps switching on and off. Very annoying when trying to shower, as the water temperature constantly changes from hot to cold. Have had the thermostat changed, which has made very little difference. Any help??

Its very annoying to me that so many installers get away with fitting boilers on dirty systems.

Almost certainly a blocked secondary heat exchanger!!!
