Since full service 3 months ago boiler keeps firing up and heating whole house for anything from 10 mins to 1hour. W'ont turn off manually except by turning off at mains. All tappets on clock set to off and thermostat set to 0 but still comes on up to twice daily. Also water dripping slightly from bottom of boiler, Any ideas. Unfortunately if call out service engineer will lose £100 no claims so hoping something simple!

The only thing I can think of that would overide all the boiler controls is the built in frost stat becoming faulty that these boilers have.
The water leak, mmmm..... condensate trap full?
I can't conclusively say that these are the faults with this boiler on a DIYnot forum I can only make a logical guess at them.
