alpha cd boiler

Hi

I had an alpha boiler installed just over a year ago, it had a routine maintenance check about 3 months ago and last night when i came home it was leaking gas.

National grid made it safe, can you tell me if its the responsibilty of the plumber who fitted it and checked it to fix it for free

So someone was there 3 months ago and serviced it.

Now, 90 days later, you smell gas. After a 1/4 of a year, what makes you think is was him????

If you got a wheel changed on you car 3months ago, then got puncture 3 months later, wold it be the garage's fault?

Pay for an engineer to come and trace the leak and then fix.

Im not saying that, i agree, i am in rented accomadation and someone suggested it to me.
