Alphatek Cert's;

Does anybody use Alphatek D.E.I.C. certificates ?
I am using them for the first time and do not understand the 'compensated Zs' column, is it the difference between the measured and 'permitted' readings ?

Also, does anybody know the BS number is for a supplier's earth clamp please ?
