Hi, I have just moved into an old property 2 months ago. New logic ideal boiler with an old altech thermostat. Today the boiler says ‘timer or roomstat off’ and no heating is coming on. The altech is all plugged in and wired correctly, but it has a red light and green light on (green light turns off every couple of mins). The wireless device has a flickering flame. I have changed the batteries, turned the mains and the off switch of the altech device, waited 30 seconds and reset the wireless device. I have also changed the temp on the wireless device and nothing happens. Can anyone advise on anything else I should try?

Have you tried re-binding the thermostat to the receiver?

Looks like a rebadged Salus, not sure if this will help

Did you find a solution to this. I have the same set up. I did it once before, but forgot how to do it.
