Alternative To Mould Oil For Use With Formwork ?

Hi,

Is there a cheap and cheerful alternative to using Mould Oil for the prevention of formwork sticking? I only need a small amount to use with a 1ft length of formwork to be used with Toupret Murex to repair a damaged wooden window frame but it seems the minimum size is 5L.
