Aluminium window frame

Hello there

Having some skylight/conservatory windows fitted right now and there's been a mix-up with the frames. Our builder was more of a middle-man for another guy and it looks like the message of what type of frame's we wanted wasn't passed on. We wanted aluminium frames rather than PVCu ones. I was pretty explicit and he even showed me a picture which I agreed I wanted. Now they've ordered PVCu ones instead and he has no recollection of us saying aluminium. Our quote from him says "supply and fir all new aluminium rao frame and transoms". I'm not sure what "rao" is - it might be a typo. Could this description be mistaken for PVCu?

Any advice would be much appreciated.
